Teaching Everyone Animals Matter (TEAM) TEAM is a non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation that has been formed to help Sacramento County Animal Care and Regulation (AC&R) meet its goals. Reducing the number of healthy, adoptable and unredeemed animals who end up at the shelter each year—many of whom ultimately must be destroyed for lack of homes—is the group's primary focus.
